With an ever-increasing high demand for quality recyclable plastic in the UK and Europe we can be here to help you source it or move it.
We can offer toll work services for Regrind and /or Compound that allows our customers to reuse their material back into their own process. We can also offer a transport service for collections and deliveries.
In 2024, we expanded our operations by securing our own Operator’s Licence. Today, we proudly run a dedicated fleet of articulated vehicles and trailers, all branded in our distinctive livery. These services are available to both long-standing and new customers alike.
With over 50 years of combined knowledge and experience in the transport sector, our team delivers reliable, professional haulage solutions. We don’t just move goods for ourselves — we provide general haulage services to support businesses old and new.

Dean Spencer-Prance
Director
33 years of experience within the plastic industry, with the last 16 years in the recycling sector.
16 years of this was spent in a commercial facing management role in an industry leading regrind and compounding company.
Steve Munden
Director
37 years of experience within the plastic industry, with the last 22 years in the recycling sector.
20 years of this was spent in a manufacturing management role in an industry leading regrind and compounding company.
Michelle Callan
20 years of experience working within the plastic recycling industry.
The first 7 years of this was spent in a hands-on role (forklift and supervisory position), and 8 years working on PRN compliance and data capture.
Karl Mastin
Senior Management
4 years of experience in the plastic recycling industry, 17 years in the Engineering industry working as a packaging engineer, creating and improving bespoke packaging solutions.
Carl Green
Transport Manager
Worked in transport since 1982, growing his family business from 9 vehicles to a fleet of 80 with 120 staff before selling in 2021.
After 3 years supporting the transition, joined Plas Solutions in 2024 where he now manages a growing fleet and continues to build strong customer relationships.
Courtney Garrett
Finance Manager
Over 8 years’ experience managing financial operations, 7 of which have been within the plastics industry, including the past 3 years at Plas Solutions
Evie Munden
Administrative Assistant
Joined Plas Solutions 3 years ago as an Administrator, and have since progressed into accounts, building expertise in financial processes.
